FAQ’S

  • No, the design subscription plan operates on a month-to-month basis. You have the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at the end of each month. Modifications will take effect at the beginning of the following month and must be solicited 7 working days prior to the end of the current subscription period.

  • Unfortunately, unused hours cannot be carried forward to the next month. We encourage you to make the most of your membership by utilizing the allotted hours each month.

  • Surprised with the amount of workload for the month? Don’t worry! If you require more hours than your chosen plan offers, we can accommodate your needs at a discounted hourly rate exclusive to our members.

  • No, there’s no limit on the number of design requests as long as they stay within your subscribed hours. You can submit as many requests as needed and I’ll work on them one by one until your monthly hours are exhausted (don’t worry, I’ll notify you once we get close to the allotted time).

  • Experience seamless collaboration and project management through our streamlined client portal on Notion. Assign tasks, track progress, and receive deliveries all in one centralized space, ensuring clarity and efficiency throughout our collaboration.

  • The average turn around time for designed requests is 2-3 days Monday to Friday. However, more complex requests may take longer. I will notify you before the project starts to ensure that this stays inside the time frame and monthly working hours. Design requests will be worked on one at a time.

  • Sometimes it’s tricky to get it perfect the first time. Thats why we’ll continue going over the designs until you are 100% satisfied.

  • Yes, although there are a wide variety of design services included, complete and comprehensive branding, ongoing social media management, complex illustrations and complete website creation are outside the scope of this subscription.

  • I use a different set of programs depending on the task . However my most used programs are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Squarespace, and Figma.

  • I pride myself in working hard to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the work provided. If you are ever unsatisfied with one of the designs provided, we can always come back and edit the design/change as many times as needed inside the allotted package hours. Due to this, there are no refunds issued at this moment.
